Student continued work on their Economics "One-Pager" today - this task focuses on connecting concepts from the Economics topic to the real-world 'shift' occurring in the Alberta economy with the election of Jason Kenney's UCP government. Students will get time to work on this in class on Thursday, Friday, and then are welcome to finish over the weekend before handing it in on Monday, June 3rd.
We will have a test on the Economics topic on Tuesday, June 4. We will look at the study guide in class on Thursday.

Economics Stop-Motion Films - Premiere on Thursday!
On Thursday, May 22 we will share our stop-motion films. If you have any notes to add to your Graphic Organizers, you can do this as you view each of the films. If possible, please upload your film to Google Drive and share it with me. If you are experiencing trouble exporting your film from iMovie, don't worry - we will hook the computer you were working on the the SmartBoard.
Please try to find time to do an initial read-through of "Miriam" by Truman Capote. After we watch the films on Thursday we will begin to compare "Miriam" and "The Landlady".
